Badges in Guts & Blackpowder are more than profile decorations. Some verify a one-life map completion, some record a special team action, and some unlock a class, regiment, accessory, or event item. The most reliable requirement is the official Roblox badge description for Universe ID 4342047058. Award percentages are not drop rates and are not used here to predict your chance of success.

Before a run: read whether the condition is personal or team-wide, whether it requires one life, whether it begins at the start of the map, and whether the reward needs a rejoin or menu refresh.

Official map-completion badges

The official badge API names one-life Objective completions such as Cold Front for Vardøhus Fortress, Explosive Retreat for Leipzig, Deliverance from the Catacombs for Catacombes de Paris, Forlorn Hope for San Sebastián, Confederation of the Undead for Kaub, The Most Terrible Night for Copenhagen, Don’t Give Up the Ship for Roscoff, The Great Wen for London, How Stands The Bridge Around for Westminster, and Forged In Fire for Moss Ironworks.

“In one life” means your personal run must remain continuous. A team can complete the map after you die and respawn, but that does not turn the respawned route into a one-life completion. Start from the beginning, avoid deliberate hazard badges, and let the team know who is preserving the condition.

Official action and hazard badges

Some badges ask for a specific interaction rather than a full route. Vos Enterrement requires lowering the platform with the winch so the team can escape San Sebastián. Counter-Battery Fire requires being hit by the recoiling cannon cart in Moss Ironworks. No Match for a Flintlock requires putting down a Cuirassier Zombie in a sword duel by shooting it in the head. GIVE ‘EM STEEL and NO, FREDERICK! use bayonet Charge interactions.

Do not mix a deliberate death or hazard condition into a protected one-life run unless the official requirements allow it. A clean badge session assigns attempts: one player volunteers for the San Sebastián winch, another preserves Forlorn Hope, and the group does not block the objective while arguing about who takes the special action.

Official Holdout badges

Rejoice, St. Petersburg! requires surviving all 10 waves and defending Saint Petersburg in Holdout. Dead of Night requires surviving all 6 waves and defending Trafalgar House. Every Man’s Duty requires protecting all four zones from falling in Holdout and unlocks the Survivor’s Shave and Wiltshire Gentleman according to the official description.

These conditions turn team positioning into badge progress. Protect sectors before chasing kills, assign an objective worker, and keep a reserve player able to replace a fallen lane. If the map or UI changes, use the live objective counter rather than an old screenshot.

Class and regiment unlock progress

Soldier’s Grace is built from rescue and support play. It is not a single hidden pickup. The official description connects four conditions and explicitly rewards Chaplain plus the Cross Necklace. The Soldier’s Grace guide separates the tasks so you can make progress without abandoning normal team play.

Old Guard is broader. The official badge description requires a KDR of 10 or above, 51 teammate saves, 35 Endless rounds alive without restarting, 30 campaign wins, and four prerequisite badges: Old Yeller, Cold Front, Explosive Retreat, and Deliverance from the Catacombs. It also warns that a rejoin or pressing P multiple times may be needed. The Old Guard guide explains a low-risk order.

Event badges and availability

Voivode requires beating Transylvania without dying and officially unlocks the Voivode and Iron Stake items. The Hollow requires beating Transylvania for the Roblox 2026 event. Saviour Complex requires completing Transylvania and the full Sleepy Hollow campaign back to back. These official descriptions prove the named goals, but they do not publish a permanent schedule.

Check the current game menu, map vote, and event interface before planning a seasonal run. An enabled badge page or recent update timestamp does not guarantee that every event route is selectable at this moment. The Transylvania guide covers the current documented boss sequence without inventing a closing date.

Progress tracking habits

Use the Roblox badge page to confirm whether the award reached your account. For cumulative tasks, keep a short personal note of the requirement and let normal matches supply progress. Do not rely on unofficial counters unless they agree with a current in-game display. Some official descriptions mention rejoining or refreshing a menu, which means a delayed visible unlock is not automatically lost progress.

When a badge requires saves, prioritize genuine rescues. Do not create avoidable grabs that risk the match. When it requires heals, play Surgeon and heal teammates who need it. When it requires campaign wins, complete the objective instead of farming at a safe doorway while the route stalls.

Badge Dex fields

Each badge card records the official name, Roblox badge ID where relevant, public requirement, reward, mode or map, limited-time status when known, enabled state at the check date, and direct guide. Unknown counters or hidden calculation details are omitted. The cards stack at narrow widths so long badge names and multi-part requirements remain readable without horizontal scrolling.

Common badge mistakes

  • Treating the Roblox award percentage as a random drop chance.
  • Joining late and assuming the run counts as a full one-life completion.
  • Dying, respawning, and expecting a one-life badge because the team still won.
  • Completing a cumulative requirement but not checking whether a rejoin or menu refresh is needed.
  • Confusing a badge name with its reward; Soldier’s Grace is the badge that unlocks Chaplain.
  • Assuming a seasonal map is active because the badge remains enabled.
  • Sacrificing team success for a personal action without assigning the attempt first.

Source and verification

Requirements in this hub come from the official Roblox badge API, checked October 30, 2026. Route tactics are community documented and kept separate from the official condition. Current UI progress, retroactive counting, reward delivery timing, and seasonal availability still need live verification.
